NP Practice Authority & Physician Collaboration 

The American Association of Nurse Practitioners provides the 2023 Nurse Practitioner State Practice Environment Map below. It identifies the APRN practice authority level. In the reduced and restricted states NP's need to review state laws and regulations that address their practice authority level and regulation. We work with NP's who need physician collaborators (MD or DO licensure) in selected states and specific requirements may vary by state. Consider joining your local, state and national professional organizations and be a part of their association efforts.​
