Neighborhood Nurse Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®

These policies will aid users determine how Neighborhood Nurse, LLC fulfills service orders and payments made by credit card via the payment processor Stripe.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions, either therein or in a separate written contract. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing laws of the State of Georgia. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Fulfillment Policy

At Neighborhood Nurse, we ensure that the services platform our medical providers and individuals use is satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all complaints about the services rendered very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services you purchased from your chosen medical provider through our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the refund. Our providers services are billed in U.S. Dollars.

Delivery Policy
At Neighborhood Nurse, we offer a platform as a service (PaaS) for medical providers such as nurse practitioners and their patients to engage in either a virtual or face-to-face healthcare encounter. We deliver our services to medical providers and individual clients of our medical provider clients via electronic means.

Refunds
We may offer returns in the following conditions:

If the healthcare service has not been performed at all during the agreed to appointment time or was never conducted up until the date the refund is requested.

Exceptions
Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant refunds if:

You received what you ordered; the healthcare encounter was completed but you simply changed your mind about the healthcare service.

You were aware or notified of the conditions and financial commitment and cost with the service before making the purchase.

You did not like your healthcare services purchase, the outcome of the healthcare encounter or realized you had no use for it.

You received the healthcare service/product and failed to make a report within 3 days from the date the healthcare service was completed between you and the medical provider.

Cancellation Policy
The following are to note:
• Once a healthcare encounter has been scheduled with a medical provider you must request a cancellation 24 hours prior to the scheduled encounter and email this request to info@neighborhoodnurse.com.

Cancellations are not permitted after the scheduled encounter time has passed.

No Show Policy
If after repeated attempts by the medical provider to begin the healthcare service, continue service, or finalize the delivery of the Services, an individual fails to participate, or becomes otherwise unresponsive to the medical providers requests Neighborhood Nurse may reduce any refund for the Services to the Individual Client to zero, and Individual Client hereby provides its agreement to such forfeiture of any amounts of the Fees that have been paid by the Client for the Services as purchased.
Administrative Fee
The following are to note:

All refunds are subject to 7% administrative fee charges.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Neighborhood Nurse may change this Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Policy, we will change the updated date above.
